Biosketch
Hetong Xu is a Ph.D. student at the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell. Hetong holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Connecticut. Her research interests include machine learning, natural language processing and data-driven decision-making in business contexts.
