Biosketch

Nabi’s career has been a dynamic blend of teaching, practical experience, and research. With over two decades in education, he has dedicated himself to fostering personal and professional development in others. Currently, he is teaching Organizational Behavior (MGMT 3010). His teaching philosophy is rooted in experiential learning, emphasizing real-world applications of theoretical concepts. He believes in human capability and dignity and is convinced that every individual has great potential to grow and prosper. This belief is reflected in his teaching, where he fosters an environment that values and empowers students to reach their full potential.

He also co-founded and directed an educational institution that served a large student body, enriching his professional experience and deepening his industry knowledge.

Nabi has presented his research at different conferences, and portions of his research are currently under review. Active in professional organizations such as The Academy of Management, The Eastern Academy of Management, and the International Humanistic Management Association, he stays at the forefront of research trends.
