The Manning Sales Initiative equips students with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive, relationship-driven business environment. Through a growing sales curriculum and hands-on learning opportunities, students develop expertise in communication, client engagement and strategic problem-solving.

Manning Sales Challenge

A key component of the program is the Manning Sales Challenge, where students participate in realistic sales simulations, including role-play scenarios and elevator pitches judged by industry professionals.

Hosted by the school’s Sales Hub, the competition brings together Manning students and peers from other universities, offering valuable experience in presenting solutions, thinking on their feet and receiving direct feedback from employers.

Through this initiative, students gain practical, career-ready skills while building connections with corporate partners, preparing them for success in sales and beyond.
