Courtney Naughton has developed a strong background in higher education, specializing in international student advising and support. She previously served as an International Student Services Advisor at Endicott College, where she guided students through complex immigration processes, ensured regulatory compliance, and coordinated a variety of international student programs. At Northeastern University (N.U.), she also held key roles in the N.U.in program and residence life, supervising large student populations and professional staff, with a focus on student engagement, safety, and intercultural development. Passionate about international education, Courtney studied abroad in Florence, Italy, and brings a global perspective to her work.
