Jeannie Sargent Judge has published several journal articles on George Herbert’s works and presented papers on his poetry at national and international conferences. Her book, George Herbert and the Incarnation, was published by Peter Lang in 2004. A member of the International George Herbert Society, Judge contributed a chapter on Herbert’s Communion poems to the book, Images of Matter: a Collection of Essays on the Renaissance, which was published in 2005. She has also presented and published essays on women writers (Jane Austen, Kate Chopin, and Emily Symonds) and delivered a lecture on the works of Geraldine Brooks, as part of the Chelmsford Library book series in 2012.
