August 1, 2026 - Curriculog Forms
The 2026–2027 Curriculog forms are now available. Use these forms during the 2026–2027 approval cycle for curriculum and policy changes intended for the 2027–2028 academic catalog or beyond.

March 31, 2026 - Curriculog Forms close
The ability to launch new proposals in Curriculog closes on March 31 to allow proposals already in progress sufficient time to reach the appropriate committee step before the final April agenda deadlines and the last Faculty Senate meeting of the academic year in May.

February 2, 2026 - Faculty Senate Elections
Elections for Faculty Senate Officers, committee members, and Committee Chairs will take place at the May 4, 2026 Faculty Senate meeting.
February 2, 2026 - Officer Nominations
Nominations for 2026–2027 Faculty Senate Officers will open April 1 and close on the third Monday in April.
February 2, 2026 - Department Elections
Department nominations for the 2026–2027 Faculty Senate are underway. Department Chairs should email their department election results to Kerry Patenaude by Friday, March 20, 2026.

Faculty Senate 2025-2026 Committees elected their Chairs: Michael Geiger, Noah Van Dam, Ryan McPherson, Arie Perliger, and Dionysios Christodouleas.
August 14, 2025 - Committee Chair Nominations
Nominations for Faculty Senate Committee Chairs are open August 15–31, 2025. Submit nominations to faculty_senate@uml.edu. Committees will vote for their chairs during Faculty Senate Meeting #2 on September 8.
