2026 Commencement Parking & Shuttles for Guests
Parking
If you are attending Commencement on May 15 or May 16, you will have several parking options available to you. The following is a list of options in proximity to the Tsongas Center, and their associated costs.
It should be noted that Suffolk Street bridge is closed for construction with Cabot Street as an alternate route.

Accessible drop-off and pick-up is available directly in front of the Tsongas Center, before and after the event.
Shuttles
Free shuttles will be available to connect guests to and from the Tsongas Center from the following locations. During Commencement Day (Saturday, May 16), all campus parking lots are open. All of the bus stops are near parking lots:
- East Campus (University Crossing Bus Stop along Salem Street, near Fletcher Street Lot)
- East Campus (Aiken Street/University Suites Bus Stop, near East Parking Garage)
- North Campus (Olney Bus Stop, near Riverside Lots and North Parking Garage)
- South Campus (near Wilder Street Lot)
- South Campus (near Broadway and Riverview Suites Lots and South Campus Garage)
After the ceremony, all students and guests will be able to locate return shuttles by the West Entrance of the Tsongas Center on Suffolk Street. Shuttle services will end one hour after the last ceremony of the day ends.
