Join our professional staff, fitness interns, and personal trainers for informational programs and workshops designed to take your fitness and wellness experience to the next level.

  • A 4-week Intro to Yoga workshop designed to help you grow a deeper connection to yourself & Your emotions. In this workshop, we will teach you the principles of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga to help you improve your relationship with your mind body and spirit.

    The group will meet from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Studio 2 in the Campus Recreation Center on East Campus.

  • Woman Student Weightlifting

    An instructional 5-week hands-on program designed to help women gain confidence and knowledge with resistance training. All levels of fitness are encouraged as the weightlifting program is designed to fit multiple levels of fitness

    The group will meet from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the Riverview Fitness Center on South Campus.
