Rudi Motshubi, Ph.D., is a dedicated higher education professional with a variety of experiences supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Their work has spanned academic settings, residence life, and student engagement spaces such as campus centers—reflecting a deep commitment to the holistic student experience. Rudi remains interested in supporting students, inside and outside the classroom.
Rudi Motshubi recently earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Iowa State University and is passionate about connecting students with the resources they need to thrive academically, socially, and personally. As Rudi continues their career at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Rudi remains focused on fostering student success and enhancing the collegiate experience.
