Biosketch

Jenna Kapp is the program assistant for the River Hawk Scholars Academy, where she supports first-generation college students through mentorship, programming, and community engagement. A two-time UMass Lowell graduate, Jenna holds both her bachelor's and master's in Peace and Conflict Studies and is an alum of the Honors College. Before returning to UMass Lowell, she worked in youth development and nonprofit education, helping young people build confidence, career readiness, and leadership skills. She’s passionate about equity in higher education and creating spaces where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
