Jackie Cao graduated from UMass Lowell with her BA in World Languages and Culture and from New England College with her MS in Higher Education Administration. She is the RHSA Student Success Coach who works with the River Hawk Scholars and Leaders to help them achieve their goals and thrive in their personal, academic, and professional roles.
