Shaima Ragab, M.A., is the director of Faculty Success at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where her work focuses on advancing the professional development of faculty at the University. In her current role, she plays a leadership role in overseeing the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) which fosters innovative, engaging and inclusive learning environments by providing resources and tools to support the UMass Lowell community of educators. Previous to her current position, Ragab developed and directed, Leaders in Action, a student leadership development program at UMass Lowell to elevate and maximize student success at the university. Ragab was also a member of the Office of University Relations and the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences leadership teams where she provided strategic and creative services in the areas of marketing and communication.
