Biosketch
Kerry L. Patenaude is a higher education administrator and doctoral student whose work connects academic governance, curriculum management, student development, and institutional change. At the University of Massachusetts Lowell, she directs Faculty Senate operations and university-wide curriculum processes, working with faculty, academic departments, and administrative offices to support clear, consistent, and sustainable curricular change.
Her previous experience includes academic advising, disability services, student support, and research administration. She has advised undergraduate and graduate students, supported students with disabilities, developed learning-skills programs, coordinated accessibility processes, managed grant-funded research, supervised research assistants, and collaborated across institutional units.
Kerry’s long-term goal is to integrate her research interests with her professional experience through higher education leadership, administration, teaching, and research. She is interested in developing international educational partnerships focused on curriculum, academic governance, student success, and professional development.
