Biosketch
Judy joined the Provost’s Office team in 2016 and currently manages the business and operations of the office of the senior vice provost. Judy’s journey with the UMass system started in 2009 at UMass Chan Medical School where she supported course administration and the business operations of several federally funded research faculty members in the department of Biochemistry & Molecular Pharmacology. While in Kenya, her native country, Judy spent several years in the world of business working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a professionally certified public secretary and as a senior manager with oversight for the provision of company secretarial and registration services to private, public and multinational corporations. Judy is enthusiastic about helping UML students persist and succeed. She has been a recipient of a UMass Lowell Pillars of Excellence Award and received a citation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for outstanding performance in relation to her work with the River Hawk Scholars Academy.
