Dr. Mark H. Beaudry is a retired intelligence chief and anti-terrorism instructor from the U. S. Marine Corps. He has been a member of ASIS International since 1982 and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 1996. He is the Chair of the ASIS Leadership Management & Practices Council; Vice-chair of the Research Council; and, a member of the Crime Prevention Council; an active participant of the annual ASIS Academic Practitioner Symposium; a member of Critical Infrastructure Working Group (CIWG); and, a frequent contributor to Security Management of articles and book reviews. Dr. Beaudry has authored two books and contributed chapters for six books, as well as, his dissertation:  Faculty Perceptions of Factors to Develop a Paradigm for Security Studies. Dr. Beaudry has been an adjunct since 1989 at varied colleges in Massachusetts.
