New research initiatives underway at the Francis College of Engineering are leading to advances in everything from biopharmaceuticals to nanotechnology and cybersecurity.
To meet the growing needs of the workforce, the college launched new academic programs in aerospace, biomedical and environmental engineering and engineering management and has developed certificates in additive manufacturing, biotechnology, field programmable gate arrays and microwave engineering, among others.
