Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering (B.S. BME)
The Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering incorporates coursework traditionally affiliated with the medical field (biology, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics) and business (economics, statistics, entrepreneurship) while maintaining the rigors of a traditional engineering program (statics, dynamics, circuit design, etc.). During senior year, students participate in two Capstone research projects. In an effort to gain work experience, students may elect to participate in an internship or co-op program.
