Innovation & Workforce Development

The Vice Provost for Innovation & Workforce Development has oversight over strategic planning efforts and the advancement of the national prominence of our departments.

In addition, the Vice Provost 

  • Engages with deans, chairs and faculty in strategic planning, implementation and assessment of academic quality goals of departments 
  • Identifies and builds innovative graduate curricular offerings that enhance opportunities for domestic and international student learning including team-taught courses, intensive courses, online and blended learning and dual-degree programs 
  • Leads the strategic development of corporate partnerships to create customized executive education programs 
  • Leverages partnerships around the globe and across disciplines for faculty and students to engage in reciprocal exchange of experiential learning, scholarship and research experiences
