Celebrating the Philanthropy and Impact of UMass President Marty Meehan
Join the UMass Lowell community in celebrating the dedication of the Martin T. Meehan Student Center, honoring Marty for his remarkable generosity, visionary leadership and steadfast service. The dedication recognizes his $1.5 million new charitable commitment to the campus, along with $2.6 million in gifts previously raised in his honor through his inaugurations as UMass Lowell chancellor and president of the University of Massachusetts system. Over the years, President Meehan has given more than $3.7 million to UMass Lowell and the UMass campuses.
Enjoy a weekend featuring the formal dedication of the center, a special showcase of his congressional archives, refreshments and more. We hope you can join us in commemorating this landmark occasion!
