How to Pay a Parking Citation

Parking citations may be paid in one of four ways:

  1. Credit card on-line at the MyParking Self-Service website.
  2. Check or credit card in person, at the UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) office in the Meehan Student Center, 100 Meehan Way (220 Pawtucket St.). Bring the ticket or a clear and legible copy with you.
  3. Credit card over the phone. Have the citation number and your UMS number available before calling 978-934-2800.
  4. Personal check or money order via U.S. mail. Be sure to include the ticket or a clear and legible copy in the envelope.

Please note that we cannot accept cash / coins in our office.
