Biosketch

Jon joined UMass Lowell in 2021 and was appointed Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities in July 2024. Prior to this role, he served for three years as Associate Director of Residential Education at UMass Lowell. His previous professional experience includes positions at Merrimack College, Bridgewater State University, and Northeastern University.

Jon holds two master’s degrees: an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an M.S. in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University. He has been recognized with several honors, including the Gary Mucica Outstanding MBA Student Award in 2025, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Certificate of Achievement in 2024 for his contributions to the goals of UMass Lowell, and the Dr. Chester Titus Distinguished Service Award in 2023 for his contributions to the Northeast Association of College and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO).

In his free time, Jon enjoys personal finance, video games, and spending time with his family.
