Biosketch
Professor Carol Forance Barry is currently faculty in the Department of Plastics Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She spent 12 years in industry prior to joining the faculty at the university. From 2004-2016, she served as associate director of the National Science Foundation funded Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center - the Center for High-rate Nanomanufacturing. She also served as chair of the Department of Plastics Engineering from 2019-2025. She has over 400 publications.
