Lauren Crews, Raytheon Mechanical, Materials & Structures Technology Network Chair, Raytheon Company

Lauren Crews is the Chair of Raytheon's Mechanical, Materials & Structures Technology Network (MMSTN) and the Manager of Independent Research & Development for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Raytheon's MMSTN is an enterprise-wide community of over 1,000 engineers and technologists who share their expertise in mechanical design, material processing, structural and thermal analysis, and other topics. Prior to her current positions, Lauren served as Raytheon's Corporate Technology Area Director for Materials & Structures. Lauren received a Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree and Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
