Dr. Jacqueline (Jackie )Isaacs, Associate Director, Center for High-rate Nanomanufacturing

Dr. Isaacs is a Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Notheastern University.  She is currently an Associate Direct of the NSF Center for High-rate Nanomanufacturing (CHN) where she leads the research thrust on the societal implications of nanotechnology. She is also a founding member of the Nanotechnology and Society Research Group which works to address the impact and ramifications of nanomanufacturing technology.  Dr. Isaacs research is focused on environmental and economic issues in advanced materials processing. Through research interests in powder metallurgy, she has been an adjunct in the Metals Processing Institute at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
