Admissions Requirement Changes

Please have college deans approve admissions requirement changes before submitting to the Dean of Enrollment in the form below.

Department Chairs - Please use the following form to submit changes to your undergraduate admissions requirements.

Please note that it will take at least one year to implement admission policies that relate to course requirements. Students and their families plan academic course selection at least a year in advance. We request a year for us to publicize this information to schools and prospective students. This allows students to create a curriculum that matches our requirements. In addition, the Undergraduate Admissions Office practices holistic review so that for specific situations a course requirement may be waived if there is evidence the students will be successful within their admitted major.
