Biosketch

Michael Salach's professional experience includes executive positions as President & CEO, Vice President of North American Operations, Vice President of Quality, Vice President of Human Resource, Director of Strategic Planning, and Director of New Product Introduction for large multi-national corporations including AEG (a subsidiary of Daimler-Benz), Schneider Electric, Raytheon, AGFA and the U.S. Treasury Department. These industries served the automation, robotics, CNC, defense & consumer electronics, retail franchising, and banking industries.  
In addition to the above, he is the founder and president of The Bay State Consulting Group, Inc., which serves the SML business markets, developing business & marketing strategies, business plans and providing executive coaching at all levels within an organization, the purpose of which is to align organizations, improve operational efficiencies and increase productivity while assessing individual competencies.
Currently, he is a Visiting Instructor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he teaches Strategic Planning, Marketing, Business Planning, Human Resources Management, Business Process Management and Management Consulting at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
