Student parking permits for the 2026–2027 academic year are now available to order online.
Students must log in to the parking portal using their @student.uml.edu credentials. All students should order their parking permit before Aug. 31 to gain access to campus parking lots and avoid citations.
Parking permits are virtual and linked to your vehicle's license plate—no physical permit is required.
Permit Options
- Full Academic Year: $450 (valid through May 31, 2027)
- Fall Semester Only: $250 (valid through Dec. 31, 2026)
The fall-only permit is ideal for students who:
- Graduate at the end of the fall semester;
- Will be away on a spring co-op;
- Will not be on campus for the full academic year; or
- Prefer to split parking costs by semester.
Important: If you need parking for the full academic year but choose the fall-only permit, you must purchase a spring permit before returning to campus in January. Fall-only permits expire on Dec. 31, and parking access will end until a spring permit is purchased.
Updating Your Vehicle
If you need to change the vehicle assigned to your virtual permit, log in to your parking portal account and update your permit information online.
Please note: Only one vehicle may be assigned to a permit at any given time. Once you change the vehicle on your permit, the previously assigned vehicle will no longer be covered and may be subject to citation if parked on campus without a valid permit. If you will be driving a loaner or temporary vehicle for less than 10 days, please use a day pass instead of changing your permit.
