Faculty and staff parking permits for the 2026–2027 academic year are now available to order online.
All faculty and staff should order their parking permit before Aug. 31 to ensure uninterrupted access to campus parking lots.
Parking permits can be ordered by logging in to the UCAPS parking portal.

Faculty and staff members enrolled in payroll deduction may receive a second permit at no additional cost for an alternate vehicle, if needed. Selecting payroll deduction will result in only one payroll deduction, regardless of how many permits are ordered, so any additional permit fee shown during the ordering process can be disregarded.
Displaying Your Permit
Your parking permit must be affixed to the driver's side windshield. If your vehicle's state inspection sticker is located on the driver's side windshield, place the permit on the passenger's side windshield instead. Please remove any previous year's parking permit before displaying your new permit.
Preferred Parking Available
Preferred parking spaces are still available in the Salem, GPS Merrimack, and Wannalancit lots. If you are interested in a preferred parking space, please submit a preferred parking application online and wait for an approval email from UCAPS before ordering your parking permit.
