The parking portal will require your @student.uml.edu credentials to login. All students must order a permit prior to Aug. 31 to gain access to parking lots and avoid citation.
Parking permits for students are $450 for the full academic year and are virtual based on your license plate.
New Fall 2025! Students will now have the option to purchase a Fall semester only parking permit for $250, valid through Dec. 31. This new option is ideal for students graduating at the end of the Fall semester, participating in a Spring co-op and not on campus all year, or anyone looking to split parking costs by semester. Please note: If you need parking for the full academic year and choose to purchase by semester, you must reorder a Spring permit online before returning to campus in January, as access granted by the Fall-only permit will expire on Dec. 31.
If you have purchased a virtual permit and need to change your vehicle listed on the permit you will be able to do so by logging into your parking portal account online. Note: Only one vehicle can be active at one time. By changing the vehicle, the old vehicle will be subject to citation if a valid permit is not assigned to it. If you're only bringing a loaner vehicle to campus for less than 10 days please order a day pass instead of changing your permit information.
