The UML Outdoor Adventure Program is happy to let you know that our Spring Break Winter Extravaganza Trip in Lake Placid, NY, is open to UML students, staff and faculty.

And new update, we are also allowing guests to register, as well! Invite along your sibling, parent, significant other, friend or other!

Each day from Monday through Friday, we will do one of each of the main activities: ice climbing, downhill skiing, fat biking, cross country skiing, and winter hiking. We will have time to visit the fantastic town of Lake Placid, host to the 1932 and 1980 Olympics, and also visit the Olympic Museum! We will stay inside overnight at a hostel in town. Our trip staff will teach you how to stay warm and learn to love winter and have a great time learning new skills!

This all-inclusive trip provides transportation from Lowell, all winter activities, housing for the week, and all rentals of gear and any clothing. UML students, faculty and staff cost is $895; guest cost is $1,195. You will pay a deposit upon registration with final payment due later. The total value of this trip could be approx. $1,400 or more to do it on your own, this is a great deal!

2-4 more spots are still open, come along and join us! Inquire with us if you have more questions.
