The UML Outdoor Adventure Program (OAP) is hosting a spring break trip to Lake Placid, NY for a weeklong Winter Extravaganza! Since you live here in the north, why not dive into winter and have a great time? Join us on this adventurous winter excursion to experience all that winter has to offer in the mountains.

We will travel to the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York and experience ice climbing, snow shoeing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing and fat biking.

We will stay inside overnights, and we'll keep you warm during the day with so much great activity, knowledge and gear. You even have the choice to camp outside if you would like to try it! We will also visit the Olympic Museum and have a chance to visit the town.

Open to students, staff and faculty. (Please inquire about non-UML friends.) Transportation provided. This trip is a great deal: you will save about 40% on what this trip would cost without the OAP, and have more fun! It will be exciting, challenging, and rewarding; you can learn new skills, meet new people and have a great time experiencing new winter sports! Check out the OAP website for details and more information.
