The Honors College is challenging all students, faculty and staff to “Honor Yourself” with a week of wellness-oriented events starting Sunday, Oct. 15.
The goal of Honor Yourself week is to provide members of our community with an opportunity to pause and learn more about the facets of your well-being through raising awareness of wellness resources available on campus, building community, and sharing programming to address all dimensions of wellness.
Our goal is to help all members of our community to build a toolkit of resources and strategies to center your well-being, even during stressful times.
As part of Honor Yourself week, all UML students are invited to Jim Donovan’s interactive music therapy workshop on Sunday, Oct. 15 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in University Suites 106.
Jim Donovan, M.Ed. is a professional musician, Assistant Professor at Saint Francis University and TEDx speaker. His mission is to share the healing power of music through education and performance.
Also, all UML students, staff and faculty are eligible for a free 2-month membership to the meditation app, Ten Percent Happier.
