Biography

Ju Myung (JM) Song is an assistant professor in the Operations & Information Systems Department at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. He received his PhD in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School. His research interests are in supply chain coordination, marketing and operations management interface, and behavioral operations management. His work has been published in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Decision Sciences, International Journal of Production Economics, and International Journal of Production Research, among others.
