Biosketch
Asha George holds a MS in Business Administration (Information Technology), Master of Management Studies Degree, a BS (Statistics) Degree, and she is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Prior to joining UMass Lowell as an adjunct faculty in 2006, she worked full-time as Computer Information Systems Instructor at Savannah State University (Georgia) and worked for several years in industry in India. Asha currently consults and volunteers with local nonprofits helping with web design and database systems design. Her interests are related to principles and methods of teaching and learning, and web and information systems design.
