Biosketch
Amy Eddy is a higher education marketing leader with over a decade of progressive experience at UMass Lowell, where she currently serves as Director of Enrollment Marketing. She leads institution-wide strategies that combine storytelling, digital innovation and data-driven outreach to support undergraduate recruitment and enrollment.
Amy oversees integrated campaigns across lead generation, personalized content and strategic communications, aligning internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact, student-centered experiences. Her career at UMass Lowell includes prior roles as Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing and Digital Communications Specialist.
Before joining the university in 2012, Amy led social media and campaign strategy at NETC, an educational travel company, and held earlier marketing roles in the building products industry at Andersen Corporation.
