Biosketch

As director of Digital Communications, Sue Dulude-Potter is responsible for maintenance of the university high-profile web pages, creating the best user experience for website visitors by collaborating with designers, programmers, content creators and marketing team members. A publications and web professional with extensive experience in print and web production, Sue has been responsible for editing UMass Lowell’s daily announcements and the accompanying email since its inception.

As a longtime member of the 2020 Strategic Plan Global Engagement and Inclusive Cultural Committee, Sue worked with subcommittee members on research and development of policies and procedures highlighting diversity and inclusion. She completed mediation training offered by the university in fall 2022, focusing on dispute and conflict resolution within the workplace and elsewhere.

Prior to joining the university in 2007, Sue put her journalism degree to good use, working first as an editor for newspapers in the Transcript Newspaper chain and then for nearly a decade at the Boston Herald on the copy desk and ultimately as assistant Sunday editor.
