Biosketch
Brenda provides strategic and workforce planning services to the university community throughout the recruitment process. She manages the Employment/Talent Management System, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Brenda interfaces with hiring managers to help successfully recruit diverse and talented candidates for the university. She also provides guidance to applicants in all aspects of the application process. Brenda manages the onboarding of new hires in building and supporting positive relationships throughout the university.
