Biosketch

Patrick is the Human Resources Immigration and Compliance Specialist and serves as the key point of contact for university compliance and cross-functional alignment supporting international employee populations; oversees and manages immigration support for all international faculty, researchers and staff with a variety of nonimmigrant statuses and corresponding work authorization, including the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant visa petitions and coordination of employment-based permanent residency sponsorship; and offers institutional guidance on all aspects of immigration advising to affected groups to strengthen regulatory compliance and streamline international employment policy.
