Biosketch
Ruby is a member of the HR / Equal Opportunity and Outreach (EOO) leadership team and manages the administration of employment services; workforce planning, records management and recruitment programs. She oversees the processing, recording and reporting of employment-related actions. She administers and maintains the performance management program and the employment management system. Additionally, she manages all activities relative to developing strategic and operational best practices to effectively attract, hire and retain a diverse and talented workforce in accordance with the Massachusetts Human Resources Division, Board of Trustees directives, UMass Lowell policies and practices and collective bargaining agreements.
