Kim is a member of the HR/EOO Leadership team and manages the administration of compensation programs for the workforce including the processing, recording and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on salaried employees. Administers and maintains the classification program and directs all activities relative to the implementation of a job evaluation system, including job description writing and development, job classification and evaluation and development of compensation levels. Manages benefit programs and policies in coordination with the Group Insurance Commission and other agencies such as the State Retirement Board. Counsels employees for retirement planning.
