Media Release Authorization
I hereby authorize the University of Massachusetts Lowell String Project to use, reproduce, and publish photographs and video that may pertain to me or my student including my or their image, likeness and voice without compensation. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, social media platforms, public affairs releases, recruitment materials, broadcast public service advertising (PSAs) or other related endeavors. This material may also appear on the String Project’s or program sponsor’s Internet website. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by my specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, the University of Massachusetts Lowell String Project or program sponsor may publish materials, use my and my student’s name, photograph, and make reference to me and my student in any manner that the University of Massachusetts Lowell String Project or program sponsor deems appropriate in order to promote and publicize service opportunities.
