Biosketch

David Summer is an attorney and an experienced civil litigator. His law practice is on State Street in Boston, Massachusetts and focuses on all types of civil litigation, employment law, business, corporate law, taxation, and real estate (including zoning issues). He is admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts, New York, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Federal Court of Claims. Over his career, he has successfully tried jury cases in both the federal and state courts. Prior to his current employment, David Summer worked in the International Tax Department of a Big Four accounting firm. He has been recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the area of Taxation (2019-2023).

David Summer is a former member of the Conservation Commission for the City of Salem, Massachusetts and is a current chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Lincoln, Massachusetts.

David Summer has taught at University of Massachusetts at Lowell since 2015.
