Biosketch

Paul King is an attorney and has been practicing law in the State of Massachusetts since 2002. Upon being sworn in as a Massachusetts attorney, Paul King founded his own law practice which he continues to run today as a sole practitioner in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. While practicing in Massachusetts, Paul King has expanded his practice to include representing individuals in both New Hampshire and Maine, acquiring his law licenses in these two states in 2011.

Paul King’s law practice focuses on civil litigation, including business law disputes, personal injury, criminal defense, and condominium law. As an experienced litigator, Paul King represents individuals in both District and Superior Court, and has successfully tried many cases to jury verdict.

In addition to practicing law on a full-time basis, Paul King has been a member of the Legal Studies program since 2005 and is currently a Senior Adjunct Faculty. Attorney Paul King teaches courses for the Legal Studies undergraduate program in addition to teaching both online and in person for the Division of Online and Continuing Education. Paul King’s principal teaching areas include business law, constitutional law, and corporate law. He has taught several courses including Introduction to Business Law, Legal Issues & Race, Corporate & Property Law, Legal Environment of Business, Introduction to Paralegal Studies, and Law, Logic, & Ethics.
