Biosketch

Caitlin Foley’s work employs drawing, printmaking, and sculptural techniques within a contemporary framework of new media and participatory installation. As part of the artist duo Caitlin & Misha she creates interactive games, installations, data visualizations and public artworks where audience participation is a key component of the work and its message. She is the recipient of a NEFA Creative City Grant, Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Immersive Scholar Award, was a resident at ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum in Denmark, and has exhibited at such venues as the Science Gallery (London), EFA Project Space (NYC), the New Museum’s Ideas City Festival (NYC), Boston Cyberarts (Boston), Montserrat College of Art (Beverley, MA), Machine Project (LA), Mint Museum (Charlotte, NC).
