This committee shall have responsibility for all graduate programs and policies, including procedures for the review and monitoring of graduate programs. In addition this committee is responsible for the adjudication of individual student appeals.

Meeting Schedule

All Graduate Policy and Affairs Committee (GPAC) meetings will take place on Mondays at 3:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall (AH) 102 unless noted otherwise.

  • April 22, 2026 (Wednesday) at 3:30 p.m. in AH-102 - All proposals must reach the GPAC step in Curriculog by Monday April 13 at 12 noon to be included on this GPAC Agenda and subsequent Faculty Senate Meeting on May 4, 2026.

All course proposals and program proposals will be added to the agenda through Curriculog. Please see the Curriculum Proposal Deadlines (pdf) for suggested date ranges to launch proposals in Curriculog.

Other items to be placed on the agenda are to be e-mailed directly to: GPAC@uml.edu by noon Monday the week before the meeting. If the Monday deadline falls on a holiday, please submit by the Friday before that.
