After the RAMP session, I continued with my education at UMass Lowell. My classes have been going well so far and I also made it to the dean’s list the last semester.

I received the Chancellor’s Scholarship Award which was very exciting and very helpful financially toward my academia. I joined clubs outside school work such as HASA and the international dance club. These clubs are interesting and help me cope with the school activities and help me make friends in general.

I currently work with Linda Barrington on the SLICE project for my work study which is about service learning integration in the community of engineers. I also study basic research skills at the information and technology lab with Prof. Chandra and Prof. Thompson. Currently, my time at UMass Lowell has been very interesting and I am very anxious for more activities to come along the way.
