Biosketch

Micah Devin Klayman is a scholar-practitioner whose research interests center on special education, caregiver experiences and the transition from K–12 services to adult disability systems. His work is informed by both personal connection—as the brother-in-law of an adult with profound autism—and his broader advocacy for individuals with disabilities and their families. Klayman’s emerging research agenda focuses on caregiver experiences with special education.

Professionally, Klayman serves as the director of Human Resources at Essex North Shore Agricultural and Technical School District in Danvers, Massachusetts.
