Biosketch

With more than 25 years of experience in education, I have been fortunate to teach, lead, and learn in a variety of settings. Public high schools make up the bulk of my experience and I am energized by recent movements to take a fresh look at what public, comprehensive secondary education means in 21st-century America. My work at a private, two-year college allowed me into the management aspect of for-profit education while teaching online with the University of Phoenix let me experience online learning design and instruction. People are born to learn and educational leaders should help them do just that.

I am currently the Assistant Superintendent of Schools in the Groton-Dunstable (Massachusetts) Regional School District.
