Biosketch
Pam Fallon is a nurse practitioner who specializes in occupational health and wellness. She is passionate about improving the health, safety and wellbeing of workers. She currently leads the wellness committee and Sharps Injury Prevention Team at the hospital where she works. She is a doctoral student and adjunct instructor in the Solomont School of Nursing. Her dissertation work is exploring interventions to reduce stress and trauma among correctional officers. She is currently collaborating with the Safe Home Care Project intervention study research team where she brings expertise in Motivational Interviewing applications in health care and care work settings.Selected Awards and Honors
