On May 23, 2011, M2D2 in cooperation with The City of Lowell's Small Business Week UMass announced the preview of the Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center's (M2D2) new and exciting Incubator and Office space.

Approximately 200 people came to help us celebrate this exciting time with networking opportunities, light refreshments, reception food and poster previews of Medical Devices and technology of several Medical Device start-up companies that have and are being helped by M2D2.  

Some features of the new facility are; it is located in 9000 square feet of space on the 2nd floor of the Wannalancit Mill, 6 wet laboratory suites, two office suites, large office spaces, a board room, reception area as well as a break room and open reception space.
